Museum Registrar

The registrar at the Arizona State Museum processes requests for research access to collections and permission to sample objects for scientific study.  The registrar also is responsible for implementing policies and procedures that relate to the collections management including the registration and processing of acquisitions, loans, objects for exhibitions, deaccessions, storage, packing and shipping, security of objects in transit, insurance policies, and risk management. 

Access to collections is available for research, by appointment, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday.  Please contact ASM Registrar, Andrew Higgins by email or phone at 626-8742.
